30-Day Love It Guarantee

We want you (and your pets!) to love your Habitat Homies products.
If you’re not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Customers are responsible for a flat $8 shipping return fee
  • We’ll email you a return shipping label; you’ll need to print it out and ship the package back.
  • Before processing a return, we’re happy to explore options like sending a replacement or troubleshooting to make it right.

Return Policy Details

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition with tags
  • You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested before sending anything back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Final sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card company to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
