Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Habitat Homies offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 USD on all orders shipped within the United States via UPS Ground.
Customers who subscribe to our email list are eligible for free shipping on orders over $35.00 USD.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments upon dispatch.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to all countries within the European Union. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
All duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

For customers located outside of Europe, please contact us at info@habitathomies.com with your order inquiry. We will assist in arranging an appropriate shipping method based on your location.

Please note that international delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Habitat Homies is not liable for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer once shipped. Habitat Homies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
