Your enclosure looks better with a few millimeters of clearance underneath. Habitat Lifts give wood-bottom enclosures a more finished look, a surface you can actually grip when moving it, and enough clearance to protect carpet from marks.

Easy to install in under 5 minutes. You'll need 5 per enclosure up to 3 square feet.

  • Raises the enclosure for a cleaner, more finished look from the front
  • Creates a grip point underneath so you can actually lift and move the enclosure
  • Protects carpet from marks and moisture
  • Installs in under 5 minutes on any wood-bottom enclosure
  • 5 lifts covers enclosures up to 3 square feet

Made from chew-safe PETG. Designed and made in Minneapolis, MN.

Before you have to ask

The questions worth asking

Is PETG safe for my critter?

Yes. Every piece is printed in PETG, an inert plastic, using RoHS certified filament that is free from heavy metals. Edges and corners are rounded everywhere we can manage it, so nothing snags paws, tails, or your snake's skin.

What if my critter chews on it?

Chewing on a hide usually signals something else: your critter is stressed or short on proper chew options, not attracted to the plastic. We're a small and growing business, but we ask for feedback on every product and monitor this closely, and we've had no reported cases of critters chewing these. PETG also doesn't shatter into shards. It's semi-flexible and absorbs force, so it would take close to human-level bite strength to break a piece. If a piece does get chewed, retire it from the habitat for sanitary reasons, or keep it as a supervised-playtime piece if you prefer.

What happens if my critter swallows a piece?

Unlikely, but here's the honest answer: the filament is RoHS certified and free from heavy metals, and PETG is inert, so small pieces pass through the digestive system. If you're worried about a blockage, that's a veterinarian call, not a wait-and-see. A chewed product is best retired from the habitat.

How do I clean it?

Scrub in warm soapy water with a dish scrubbing brush and rinse thoroughly, or run it through the dishwasher on medium heat. We design with rounded interior corners wherever possible so grime has fewer places to hide.

What about the layer lines I can see?

Layer lines are the nature of 3D printing, and our slow-cool printing method keeps them minimal. They don't affect safety or durability, and the two cleaning methods above keep them from holding dirt.

Will it fall apart or delaminate?

No. We print with a slow-cooling method that gives the plastic layers extra time to bond. These are made to be washed, stacked, and lived in.
